About me

My Story

We all start somewhere, and in my case I started off as the stereotypical 98 lb weakling.

As a personal trainer, my journey from being a skinny kid during the vibrant fitness era of the 80s has profoundly shaped who I am today. Growing up amidst the influence of emerging fitness trends, I keenly felt the societal emphasis on certain body ideals (looking at you Rambo and Conan), and my own experience as a skinny individual ignited a desire for personal transformation. The era’s focus on aerobics and home workout videos propelled me to explore strength training and resistance exercises to build muscle and confidence. Overcoming the challenges associated with body image during my formative years became a catalyst for personal growth, instilling in me discipline, determination, and resilience. My journey cultivated a genuine passion for health and well-being, which I now bring to my role as a personal trainer. The empathy and understanding I gained from my own struggles allow me to connect with clients on a deeper level, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental training environment. My commitment to continuous learning and adaptability ensures that I provide clients with the most effective and up-to-date guidance, combining my authentic personal story with professional expertise to inspire and motivate others on their fitness journeys.

My mission

My mission as a personal trainer is to empower individuals on their unique fitness journeys by fostering a holistic approach to well-being. Drawing from my own transformative experiences, I am dedicated to guiding clients towards achieving their health and fitness goals with a focus on not just physical strength, but also mental resilience and overall wellness. Through personalized training programs, motivational support, and an emphasis on sustainable lifestyle changes, I aim to instill a sense of confidence, balance, and vitality in each client. My commitment extends beyond workouts; I strive to create a positive and inclusive space where individuals feel motivated, heard, and inspired to embrace a lifelong journey of health and self-discovery.
